Erm..yesterday we was visited by IAP.Many comments was rose through discussion with them. The talk given by Ir Lai to me was really good, may be some words were not appopriate. But,he manage to talk about fact that faced by all other universities. The most important points as far as I can remember is dont sympathy to fail your student. If he or she deverse to fail let them fail. Dont u ever increase their mark. Ya..to me that true. Last time, I have about 13 student fail in my tough subject. I can say that the subject are quiet tough.And I give E who deverse for it...although none of the student do not want E. Lastly,to my student, please study harder and smarter.
